Rotor lock

All rotor locks from AVN Energy are designed according to the specific needs of each costumer - and we never compromise on quality. Our rotor locks can be produced with a number of costumer specific add-ons like the following:
 
1.  Mechanic or electronic detection of lock position.
2.  Mechanic and/or hydraulic securing of lock-pin against unwanted rotation of rotor.
3.  Eccentric placement of the lock-pin in mouting-flance for easier centering of rotor lock.

Our philosophy is simple: we design for long life, trouble-free installation and minimum maintenance, so you can spend less time solving technical and operational issues and more time growing your business. Therefore, the rotor locks from AVN Energy can be delivered maintenance free which secures a low down time of the turbine.

The hydraulic actuator can be changed without demounting the rotor lock.
