There was a climate summit of UN in Copenhagen in 2009 which was a unique opportunity for the Danish wind turbine industry to brand wind power as an effective solution towards the climate challenges. Politicians and leaders of the world was gathered in Copenhagen to discuss and come to an agreement about how we can reduce the CO2 leak.

AVN Energy was one of more than 20 Danish companies who were supporting the campaign “Wind Power Works”. The objective of “Wind Power Works” was to make sure that the wind power industry can match such an important political event as the climate summit. Thus, AVN Energy is part of an industry which offers a solution to the climate problems of the world!
