Featuring easy-to-set calipers, excellent torque stability and high quality brake linings, the rotor brakes we deliver, developed in partnership with Stromag in France (Sime Brakes), have become an industry standard. Thanks to an advanced self-centring system and an automatic lining wear compensation, our rotor braking systems are more reliable than ever, performing year after year in the most demanding conditions.

On both our rotor and yaw braking systems, you can change the brake pads without having to remove the calipers from the bracket – leading to savings in turbine downtime and maintenance costs. We can also equip our braking systems with advanced safety features, such as thermal sensors that detect overheating discs and help to avoid turbine downtime.
