Lubrication systems

Lubrication units, gear oil filtration and cooling.
AVN Energy can supply cooling and filtration of lubrication oil for the wind turbine gearbox.

The complete system is circulating the oil to all lubricating points of the gear, cleaning the oil through inline filter, removing water, particles, and degradation products: resin, sludge and varnish by the off line depth filtration unit – while keeping the oil at the desired temperature.

Typically the system could be:
• Pump unit with inline filter, and valves
• Heat exchanger/oil cooler
• Off line depth filtration unit
• Sensors/indicators
• Hose/tubes

The system will be tailored to fit the nacelle environment and performance scaled to meet the specifications.
