Thorough testing
We test all our hydraulic actuators thoroughly, and expect each one to last for at least 20 years. And we know you demand actuators with problem-free maintenance and easy seal replacement – so that’s what we give you.

Tough actuators for tough conditions
An actuator from AVN Energy will withstand the toughest environmental conditions. We supply actuators with a range of sealing systems, and integrated length transducer that works with the communication interface you’re most comfortable with, and end-cushioning to reduce piston speed when approaching full extraction.

Corrosion-free pitch manifolds
We listen to your specifications for the manifold, and then tailor it to your turbine's hub. Made of steel or cast iron, our pitch manifolds are thermical deburred and surface treated for maximum protection against corrosion. And before assembly, all our manifolds are ultrasonically cleaned and vacuum dried.
