In our research and development department we have one overriding goal: to design reliable hydraulic and cooling solutions for tomorrow's renewable energy sector. This means carrying out innovative work in the solar and wave energy sectors alongside our groundbreaking work for the wind turbine industry.
Solid design and regular servicing
Our hydraulic and cooling equipment is robust enough to withstand extreme conditions – by design. That means we don't need to service your equipment more than once a year. And to minimise turbine downtime, we employ a set of advanced tools that make servicing simple and problem-free.
We believe testing is at the core of our ability to provide our customers with reliable, high-performance hydraulic and cooling systems. That’s why we have a 1,600m2 Research and Development Centre with extensive facilities where we test all of our solutions for the renewable energy sector.

• We use advanced 3D modelling software
• We take a flexible approach to design based on your specifications
• We make full use of the Finite Element Method (FEM) during the design phase
• We conduct hydraulic and thermo dynamic simulation to make sure every system we design performs well under extreme operating conditions
• Our designs follow approval programmes from respected and certified institutes in the industry such as the Germanishcer Lloyd Group (GL-Group) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
