Whistleblower Scheme
AVN Gruppen whistleblower scheme ensures that incidents can be reported quickly and confidentially, outside the normal communication channels, through an anonymous, independent, and autonomous channel operated by an external law firm. Reports may, for example, concern violations of the law and serious misconduct committed by current or former employees of AVN Gruppen’s companies, as well as members of the Board of Directors or Executive Management who are affiliated with AVN Gruppen. The purpose is to enable an independent and autonomous entity to subsequently assess which actions may be required.
Anonymous and accessible to everyone
The scheme is anonymous and can be used by all individuals – both internal and external parties.
The scheme may, for example, be used to report serious misconduct such as bribery, fraud, forgery, corruption, breaches of occupational health and safety regulations, sexual harassment, bullying, etc., as well as serious violations of internal policies.
